I did worse today!! =P

b-two bowls of cereal with skim milk

l-school lunch:3 chicken fingers, pineapples, banana pudding,  small salad with very little ceasar dressing, and a carton of 1% milk

s-nothing

d-TGI Fridays: 3 different appatizers,  half a blackened chicken alfredo, a few bites of this pie thing

ex- none...

Shut up.  I know it's all bad.  I'm working on this,  I swear!!

I need something to work for again.

b- a big ass bowl of honey bunches of oats with skim milk- (250 cals probably)

l-SONIC.  heh    bad day to start keeping up with this stuff.  I had a sausage egg and cheese breakfast burrito (470 cals) and tator tots (220cals)

s- an apple (55 cals)

d- tba

exercise-  probably none.  I dunno.  tba

CW-  I have no idea how but it's 119.  I eat so bad and don't exercise.

I'm not dieting.  This just helps me to keep up with this stuff and makes me feel bad for unhealthy food choices.  Awareness is my diet.   =P

l- sandwhich (150 cals),  apple (100 cals),  some fries (a bajillion cals),  and a cookie (100 cals) 

s- bagel sandwhich with light cream cheese and turkey (150 cals),  cantalope,  rice cake with thsi fake peanut butter stuff (200 cals)

d- Chicken lean cuisine (240 cals),  light vanilla yogurt (100 cals),  half a cup of granola (140 cals),  banana (100 cals),  and 2 cookies (200 cals) 

holy shit - that's like 1505 calories.

I'm a fucking pig!

 yesterday I did alright.  I drank a few bud lights and some smirnoff grape (chick beer) though so that's quite a few calories.

b- a cranberry orange muffin from starbucks (400 cals probably)

l- a baked patato with butter and light sour cream,  corn on the cob,  cole slaw,  some shrimp,  and strawbetty short cake.  =/

s- like 4 jolly ranchers

d-

ex-  played golf for about an hour

b- two pieces of turkey  (20 cals)

l- 4 pieces of turkey,  8 baby carrots,  6 wheat crackers, a light cheese wedge( 100 cals),  and a chocolate chip cookie

s- apple,  3 peices of turkey,  and 2 ecclairs

d-  I had a lot of mediterranean food.  (It was a buffet)  Two plate fulls for sure though and then I had coldstone ice cream.   Bad I know!

ex-  Band this morning but that doesn't really count other than that nada.  ( my ankle is sprained so its a bitch to work with )
